OHSI has programs to help homeowners struggling to meet their monthly mortgage obligations. Programs available include:

COIVD-19 Mortgage Relief: COVID-19 has changed our lives in countless ways and like many Oregonians, you may be struggling to keep up. Even though you are doing everything in your power to support yourself and your family, you have found yourself at risk of losing your home.
OHSI is here for you.
The COVID-19 Mortgage Relief program is funded through the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Hardest Hit Fund. OHSI provides financial relief to help homeowners catch up on mortgage payments and stay secure in their homes.
If you qualify, these funds are available at no cost to you as long as you don’t sell your home or refinance it for cash for at least five years.
